OVERVIEW

The Physical Education Department is dedicated to fostering a lifelong appreciation for physical activity, wellness, and healthy living among students. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive program that supports the physical, mental, and social development of every student, encouraging them to lead active and healthy lifestyles.

Programs and Activities:

The department offers a diverse range of program fitness levels and interests, including:

  • Team Sports: Football, Volleyball, Table Tennis, Snooker, Sepak Takraw, Cricket, Badminton, Chess, Soft Ball, Carrom and more, promoting teamwork and competitive spirit.
  • Individual Activities: Gymnastics, and Track and Field, focusing on personal skill development.
  • Fitness and Wellness: Classes in Yoga, Aerobics, Strength training, and cardiovascular fitness.
  • Health Education: Integrated lessons on nutrition, personal fitness planning, and healthy lifestyle choices.
