Children’s Day Celebration: The Art of Play - Origami and Stencil Workshop

The PG Department of Commerce at WIRAS organized a vibrant Children’s Day celebration on Friday, 15th November 2024, at Ursuline English Medium School, Pariyaram. Titled “The Art of Play”, the event featured engaging workshops in origami and stencil art led by talented M.Com first-year students. The activities included crafting hopping frogs, butterflies, flower bouquets, and stencil art, creating an interactive and fun-filled environment for participants.

The program was graced by Ms. Fathima Nishana from the Department of Commerce, who delivered the welcome address. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Ms. Mufeeda C and a sweet distribution ceremony, fostering joy and creativity in young minds.
