WEBINAR ON EFFECTIVE ONLINE TEACHING

WIRAS College Internal Quality Assurance Cell organized a training session on EFFECTIVE ONLINE TEACHING on 12 th June 2020. The session was handled by MR IMTHIYAS MAHI (Trainer and Technical Expert, Head Of Customer Relation, Oman Air).

Session begun at 10 am by the welcome speech of IQAC coordinator Ms Nimitha K V, followed by a presidential speech of college principal, Mr Muhammed Iqbal P. Training series was inaugurated by Mr Abdulsalam SAP, managing director, Wadihuda group of instituitions.

Followed by inauguration, training session had started and resource person Mr Imthiyas Mahi led the session there after. Session focused on giving an online practical series on using google classroom for teaching learning purpose. There were 34 participants in the session they were from WIRAS and other Wadihuda institutes. Question answer session was there. Participants’ feedback indicated that the session was useful.

Vote of thanks was delivered by Ms Della Samuel, head, dept. of commerce. Feedback was collected from participants using Google forms and the received 20 feedbacks indicated hat the session was productive and people are looking forward to more programs on this online teaching.
