Wadihuda Institute of Research and Advanced Studies Faculty Development Workshop Teach & Tend

Wadihuda Institute of Research and Advanced Studies has organized a 3 days tearchers training workshop- Teach and Tend from 22nd to 24th June 2023. The objective of this workshop was to provide the teaching faculties an opportunity to gain knowledge about ones own self,pupil and improve the teaching skills. The three days faculty Development Workshop was inaugurated by Mr SAP Abdusalam,Vice Chairman of Wadihuda Group of Institutions. The presence of Dr Aboo Isaque,Principal WIRAS, Mr Purushothman MV,IQAC Coordinator, Mr Faris Mohammed ,Staff secretary and other teaching faculties of all the Departments decorated the programm venue.

On 22nd June  Dr Dilshad Bin Ashraf,Asst Professor in Psychology at Mannaniya College of Arts & Science delivered a training session on Practicing Self Awareness to Elevate Teacher Efficacy as part of Faculty development Workshop-Teach and Tend held at WIRAS campus. The training session was vibrant with the active participation of all the faculties.

On the second day -23rd June,Mr M Noushad, Author and Trainer steered  a workshop on Creative Teaching Skills: A Theater Based Approach as part of Faculty development Workshop-Teach and Tend held at WIRAS campus on 23rd June 2023, Friday. The workshop was extraordinarly mobile and active with the enthusiastic participation of all the faculties.

The last day of the Workshop was led by Dr. Mahmood Shihab K M,Principal, Ansar Training College for Women, Perumbilav on 24th June Saturday . The Session was Mentoring; Discover the Riches Within .The input on Mentoring and the process of Mentoring was provided through discussions and activities.

The official valedictory of three days training was held in the presence of Dr Aboo Isaque,Principal along with constructive feedback collection and certificates were distributed to the participants.
