We Lead – One Day Leadership Training for Students’ Union

The We Lead – One Day Leadership Training for Students’ Union was successfully organized on 28th November 2024 by the Department of Student Affairs at WIRAS. The programme began with a welcome address by Arsh A. Majeed, Associate Dean of Students, and was inaugurated by Dr. Aboo Ishaque, Principal. It featured sessions on Effective Union Practices by Shihas H (Dean of Student Affairs), Mastering Documentation by Dr. Akhil R (Vice Principal), and Building Organizing Skills by Salmanul Farizi (Chief Administrative Officer, Wadihuda Group). Each session concluded with feedback and vote of thanks by designated union representatives, and the programme closed with reflections and remarks summarizing the day’s learnings. The training provided valuable insights into leadership, documentation, and organizational skills to enhance the effectiveness of the Students’ Union.
