A SEMINAR ON CYBERSECURITY

A seminar on "Cybersecurity" was conducted at Wiras College on 21 Jan 2025, organized by the Department of Computer Science. The seminar aimed to raise awareness about the importance of cybersecurity in the digital age, the growing threat of cyberattacks, and the best practices individuals and organizations can follow to protect themselves from these threats. The primary objective of the seminar was to educate students about cybersecurity challenges, techniques, and technologies that can be implemented to protect sensitive data and systems. The seminar also aimed to highlight the importance of being aware of the risks involved in online activities and how to take proactive steps to ensure data security.
The seminar was graced by Nabeela N.K, Assistant Professor(Computer Science Department). The speaker discussed the future of cybersecurity in an increasingly connected world.
