Visit to Max Mind Rehabilitation Center

The 6th-semester students of Wadihuda Institute of Research and Advanced Studies (WIRAS) visited Max Mind Rehabilitation Center on January 21, 2025. This visit provided a valuable opportunity for these aspiring psychologists to gain practical insights into the field and observe the application of their theoretical knowledge in a real-world setting.The highlight of the visit was an insightful session conducted by Mr. Sony Thomas, a highly experienced Clinical Psychologist at the center. Mr. Thomas provided a comprehensive overview of the role of psychologists in rehabilitation, covering key aspects such as assessment and diagnosis, the development of personalized treatment plans, the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration, and the ethical considerations that guide the practice of clinical psychology.
